NAMIMESH product line

Mesh (gauze) belts in polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), thermoplastic polymer for high performance. Suitable for use in environments with the following requirements:

• Chemical resistance
• Hydrolysis resistance
• Dimensional stability at high temperatures
• Corrosion resistance

Characteristics:
Provided with heat-sealed edge finishing. They are supplied endless or with mechanical junctions and can be provided with cleats and longitudinal tracking guides. Our mesh (gauze) belts are specifically developed for the food industry by our R & D division, and can also be based on the customer’s project.

Sewed Edges for PPS mesh belts

NAMIMESH product line

PPS mesh (gauze) belts can be finished with sewed edges made of high performance material that can be used at high temperature as the PPS mesh belt itself.
Edges can be made of special compounds of Kevlar + teflon (see figure A) or in Fiberglass + teflon (see figure B). The edges are sewed with special threads in kevlar + teflon.
