Endless belt for battery plate pasting machines – Series KY-PRN 46n/40n/28n
Higher abrasion resistance is the main strength of our battery pasting belt, that reaches a far better performance than other belts made with cotton-base fabrics. Thanks to a special chemical treatment, our belt has a longer life cycle. The belt’s hardness and greater resistance allow for a lower need of paste and consequent reduction of production costs. According to the results of laboratory tests and the users’ feedback (*), estimated production is of about 1,000,000 plates for each belt. Thanks to the belt’s life cycle’s prolongation, frequency of replacement for each belt can be once a week or every second week (in function of production capacity), compared to the almost daily of traditional cotton belts.
